On difficult parts and assemblies, Metalex Quotation, Programming, Engineering and Quality teammates work as a team during the start-up, development and prove-out of the manufacturing process.

When a new part is released the team assumes ownership of the first article and follows it through the manufacturing cycle, communicating openly to avoid duplication of effort and ensuring the fixturing design supports both machining and inspection whenever possible.

The input and collaboration from this multi-talented team is used to develop the most efficient and consistent manufacturing process required to deliver excellent quality and competitive cost for the first article part and any future production runs.
