Metalex Morning Meeting
Every morning at 7:00 am, teammates meet in a conference room located in the middle of the shop to get the day started with open communication, knowledge sharing and problem solving with pace. Each teammate is expected to come prepared and leave informed, with an ongoing all-out effort by all to keep the meeting brief, eliminate confusion, duplication, interruptions, reduce the need for additional meetings during the balance of the day, etc and with a strong emphasis on open communication and keeping each other and our customers out of harm’s way.
