Planning for Our Future Makes Us Your Reliable Long Term Partner
The companies Metalex serves need to know their key suppliers will be in business and at the leading edge of their industry today and for the long run. You can be assured this is the case with Metalex and that we are aggressively investing in the future. While Metalex began and grew as a family-run business and the founding and next generation of family members are actively involved in day-to-day operations, the Company has restructured itself to be a financially independent entity led by a self-directed workforce and a team of proven leaders and coaches.
We believe for a manufacturing and technology company to be successful, every teammate must be included in the planning and decision making process at a hands-on level and understand our company's vision of the future. This is the culture at Metalex. Our leaders, coaches and teammates are committed to following the Metalex Lean Philosophy and Systems, the foundation upon which our success rests. This will ensure that generations of skilled workers will continue to pass through our doors, and build upon the existing culture of quality, service and craftsmanship, continuing to set the benchmark in our industry. As formally documented in the company’s Succession Plan, Metalex will remain a standalone organization, well funded and capable of growing and adapting to our customers’ changing needs.
